This series is an ode to myself first and then to Blackness. The concept of Blackness is not something that is new to the world, but how we view ourselves improves with time. I wanted to capture what this looked like while I was making the worl. As an artist, part of my primary intension is to bring about positive and beautiful narratives about myself, and my people within my work.
